I hope you all are ready, opening day is upon us!!!! I have gotten my schedule and will be working day lunches with maybe a night thrown in for good measure. As of now, this is my schedule for this week,

Wednesday Grand Opening June 4th… Lunch

Thursday June 5th………………………Lunch

Friday June 6th………………………….Lunch

Saturday June 7th ………………………Off

Sunday June 8th…………………………Off

Our hours of operation are as follows

Lunch:
Monday - Friday
11:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Dinner:
Monday - Thursday
4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Friday & Saturday
4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sunday
4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

I hope to see you all on Grand Opening day but if you can’t come in on that day, make sure to stop in on one of the other days I am working. I am so excited for you all to see this restaurant!!! The atmosphere at Ocean Prime is electric, sophisticated and fun. It also features a beautiful outdoor patio terrace with a fireplace and heaters. I cannot even describe how beautiful this restaurant is….you will just have to come in and see for yourself!!

Mark those calendars and be prepared to have a great time at Ocean Prime!!!  See you Wednesday June 4th at 11:30 when the doors officially open!!

Friday May 23rd will be my last day.

I know its sad, but don’t worry. I will still be bartending and that’s right… I’m literally just around the corner!!!

I decided to move to Ocean Prime which is at the corner of 16 mile and Coolidge.

As you can see from the supplied satellite image… P.F. Chang’s is the Small Blue X, Ocean Prime is the Large Red X. The pink line is the general direction to get there. Or if you choose, there is also a Metro  bus stop right handy outside the door of Ocean Prime…. Which could come in handy for those who like to partake of our beverages a bit too much… You know who you are… And so do I. <wink>

I will be posting more information about the menu, drink selections, and general atmosphere of this fantastic new restaurant. I am very excited about this new opportunity and plus…. IT’S GOT A PATIO!!!! So those of you who like to sit on the patio and then come visit me at Chang’s can just come sit on my patio and visit all day instead. :)  You know who you are… Bill and Dave!

I have training for the next two weeks starting Thursday. I will, however, be working my morning shift on Friday but will be leaving by 3PM to go to my training class. So please come see me Friday because I won’t be able to see you all for two weeks when we finally open on Wednesday June 4th!!!!

I am so grateful for the friends I have made through working at P.F. Chang’s. It has been a wonderful three years with lots of fun and excitement and I hope all of my friends will continue to visit me down at Ocean Prime.
